A cool-climate Riesling made in a classic drier style from outstanding, hand-picked grapes grown in Murrumbateman, NSW. 

The 2018 Riesling displays a bouquet of apple with soft citrus notes. The palate is lively and harmonious, with a beautiful array of green apple, lime and floral flavours, and finely-balanced acidity.

An excellent wine to enjoy with seafood, spicy or Asian-inspired cooking, or to drink by itself.
